Return & Exchange
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers the labor required to resize and polish the returned piece. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in any other condition that prevents resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.
Damage & Issue
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Eternity Bands made to order
- Items on Sale
- Items Purchased During a Sales Event
If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. We need some processing time to make a new piece as mentioned on the product page. You have to contact us within 30 days of receiving the piece. The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece.
Please contact us before you send your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package and send it in a traceable courier—we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Resizing
If your ring does not fit, we offer free resizes. You just pay for shipping when you send the ring to us.
Our current timeline for resizing requests is 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your ring.
Ring sizing is not universal. We highly recommend using a perfect-fit ring sizer. It’s a metal sizer and the best way to ensure that your jewelry will fit perfectly on the first try.
While we have your ring for the resize, we’ll complete a full inspection. As part of our process, we'll automatically take care of any minor issues related to ordinary wear and tear. If we need to do any work that goes beyond that, we’ll send you an intake form. Then, with your approval, we'll re-perfect your ring.
Please Note: If you chose the "Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a fee which will depend on the band design (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.
Repair
If you need a repair, please contact us at questions@venustdiamonds.com. But before you do, here are some important details you should know about how we do repairs:
- Our repair specialists write up an intake form that notes the current condition of the piece and any repair work that’s required. We’ll always send you a copy of that intake form so we’re all on the same page.
- After that, we’ll immediately get started on any work that’s covered under the warranty (without bugging you for approval). That may include the following:
- Replacing or resetting stones
- Replacing the setting
- Prong work or replacement
- Replacing thinner areas of the band
- Resizing the ring - Please let us know before you send us your piece if 1) you don’t want us to do any or part of the above warranty-related work, or 2) you’d prefer to review and approve the scope of the work before we get started.
- If work needs to be done that goes beyond what the warranty covers, we’ll let you know. You’ll have the ability to opt out of those repairs at that point if you want.
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
- Our current timeline for repairs is 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.
- NOTE: If your piece needs a new stone, we can’t guarantee the replacement of limited-edition or one-of-a-kind stones. In the rare case that the exact stone isn’t available, we’ll follow up with you and get your approval on an alternative that matches.

But don’t worry if something does happen. We offer a generous lifetime warranty on all of our pieces. We stand by our work, and we want to take care of you and your jewelry.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
- Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
- Our warranty does not cover opals or turquoise. They’re often irreplaceable, which means we can’t always replace them if these stones get damaged or lost. Opals are especially fragile. We recommend that you remove your opal jewelry before you bathe, exercise, cook, clean, or use any kind of household chemicals or beauty products. To clean opals, use a soft toothbrush, mild soap, and warm water. (Do not put them in an ultrasonic machine for cleaning.)
- Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.
Please Note: Clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece. - All repair work is free within the first two years of ownership (except the replacement of focal stones). After two years of ownership, we will charge a small labor fee and/or materials fee for your repair service.
- If you wear fine jewelry daily, a little wear and tear is normal. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece. If you need repairs that go beyond what’s needed for normal wear and tear, we’ll let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your service.

✧ Well, yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. After that, we will start the manufacturing process. If you would like to cancel your order after 48 hours, then we will cancel it, but at this time, 10% of your order amount will be accrued as manufacturing costs & restocking fees.

Maybe something is on your mind, and that's why you want to cancel the order, but you can talk with us. ✧ We will accept returns and exchanges on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 15 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. ❖ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Venust Diamonds piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs), we will resize it for free.
If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.

✧ Yes, you can change the address before the item ships from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message. Once the item is shipped out, you can't change it. We will not be responsible for any loss of the parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.
❖ Can I cancel my order before it ships?
✧ Well, yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. After that, we will start the manufacturing process. If you would like to cancel your order after 48 hours, then we will cancel it, but at this time, 10% of your order amount will be accrued as manufacturing costs & restocking fees.
✧ We highly recommend contacting our executive for the reason for the cancellation of your order. Maybe something is on your mind, and that's why you want to cancel the order, but you can talk with us. We assure you that all your queries will be solved within 24 hours of your message to our executives.
RETURN, RESIZE & REPAIR
❖ What is your Return & Refund Policy?
✧ We will accept returns and exchanges on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 15 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. If you want to exchange your piece, we'll apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. Read our Return & Refund Policy HERE.
❖ Can I return a special or custom-made order?
✧ Custom-designed merchandise, class rings, and specially customized items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.
❖ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Venust Diamonds piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs), we will resize it for free.
If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.

✧ Don’t worry. We’ll take care of you! We’re happy to repair any piece you purchased from our collection, and we stand by our work.
We’re proud to provide our limited lifetime warranty for all of our pieces. So rest easy. Whenever your piece needs servicing, know that we’ll handle it with genuine care for as long as you own it.

✧ Yes, we offer free engraving service on all our precious fine jewelry.
❖ Is it possible for me to pay using two different Credit Cards?
✧ Yes, you can pay using multiple credit cards. Contact our executives, and they will guide you on how to pay using multiple credit cards.
❖ Can I Buy a Setting Without Buying a Diamond?
✧ We do not sell only the setting. Our settings are made-to-order, with each one handcrafted for a center diamond with unique characteristics to ensure the quality of the finished piece. For this reason, we do not provide stand-alone settings or semi-mounts. Please let us know if we can assist you with selecting a center diamond.
❖ Do You Offer Payment Plans?
✧ Yes, we offer payment plans. You can make your payment in 3 different parts of your total amount.
First: 35% Payment, so we will start the CAD design process and confirm with you before starting the manufacturing process. If you need any changes, we will do so as per your request.
Second: Another 35% Payment. Now, we will start the cutting & polishing process of your diamond and send the video of your forever one diamond.
Third: The rest of the 30% Payment you have to pay before we ship your jewelry. Once your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the images & video to confirm with you and ship with express courier service.
❖ Do you make men's jewelry?
✧ Yes, we do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis. Please send us an image, and we will recreate it for you.
