What Is a Diamond Upgrade Program?

A diamond upgrade program lets you trade in a stone you bought from us and put its value toward a new piece of higher value. It is also called a trade up program or jewelry trade in program. Instead of starting over, you build on what you already own and pay only the difference.

How Does the Diamond Trade In Work?

Step 1: Contact our team : Reach out by call, WhatsApp or email with your order details and the piece you want to upgrade.

Step 2: Send your piece to us : Return your jewelry to our workshop so our team can review it.

Step 3: Choose your upgrade : Pick a larger or higher grade moissanite, lab-grown a new shape or a new design.

Step 4: Pay the difference and receive your piece : We apply your credit, you pay the balance plus making charges and we craft and ship your upgraded piece.

How Much Credit You Get

• You receive 75% of your original purchase price as credit toward a new piece of greater value.

Example: You receive 75% of what you paid for your original moissanite as credit toward a new piece of equal or greater value.
