Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver products purchased from Venust Diamonds in the fastest time possible. All the orders are delivered free to the customer's address. As Venust Diamonds deals in custom jewelry, any order will take around 1-2 weeks to make, and then it will be shipped. For the US, Canada, UK, and Australian customers, products should be delivered within 7-8 business days once manufacturing is completed. For international shipping, please give us 8-10 business days to reach your location. We offer Rush Order Service so if you want your jewelry earlier contact our customer support team. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes collected by the local government. We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination, and the recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery. Please note that Venust Diamonds cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
