•  Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
• Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
• Our warranty does not cover opals or turquoise. They’re often irreplaceable, which means we can’t always replace them if these stones get damaged or lost. Opals are especially fragile. We recommend that you remove your opal jewelry before you bathe, exercise, cook, clean, or use any kind of household chemicals or beauty products. To clean opals, use a soft toothbrush, mild soap, and warm water. (Do not put them in an ultrasonic machine for cleaning.)
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.
  Please Note: Clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece.
• All repair work is free within the first two years of ownership (except the replacement of focal stones). After two years of ownership, we will charge a small labor fee and/or materials fee for your repair service.
• If you wear fine jewelry daily, a little wear and tear is normal. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece. If you need repairs that go beyond what’s needed for normal wear and tear, we’ll let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your service.
• Please send your piece to us for repairs because we’re the most familiar with each design, and we’re specially trained to work with such delicate pieces.

❖ Do you offer custom designs?
✧ Yes, we do! Just share photos or ideas of your dream jewelry with us, and we’ll bring it to life.

❖ How do custom orders work?
✧ We’re happy to create custom and personalized jewelry for you. Here’s how our process works:

1. Share Your Idea: Talk to one of our jewelry designers about your custom design. You can also send us a picture of the jewelry you have in mind.

2. Design & Approval: We’ll make a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model of your jewelry and send it to you for approval. If you want any changes, we’ll update it until you’re satisfied.

3. Manufacturing: Once you approve the design, we’ll start cutting and polishing your Moissanite diamond and begin the jewelry-making process.

4. Shipping: When your jewelry is ready, we’ll share photos and videos before shipping it to you through a trusted international courier service.

❖ Can I customize a Venust Diamonds design?
✧ Yes, most of our designs can be customized to match your taste and lifestyle. For example, you can change Moissanite to Diamond, Sapphire, or Emerald, or switch prong styles.
Simple changes may have a small extra charge. Bigger changes, like combining designs, resizing stones, or major modifications, will cost more. Contact us to discuss your design ideas and get a quote.

❖ Can I order a Venust Fine Jewelry design with any center stone size or shape?
✧ Yes! All our designs can be made with your preferred center stone size, shape, and metal. Most designs fit stones between 0.30 and 8.0 carats, and we offer many shapes such as oval, pear, round brilliant, and more. Contact us for your preferred options.

✧ Yes! Venust Diamonds proudly offers a Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program. Contact us anytime if you’d like to upgrade your diamond.

❖ What is Moissanite?
✧ Moissanite is a new category of gemstone with fire, brilliance, and luster more than any other gemstone in the world, including diamonds! It is NOT a cubic zirconia, which is just a piece of glass, but it is a gemstone that looks and lasts like a Diamond Forever.

❖ Are Moissanites available in all shapes & sizes?
✧ Yes, Moissanite is available in all shapes like Round, Princess, Pear, Oval, Radiant, Trillion, Marquise, Emerald, and Cushion. They are also available in all sizes from 0.05ct to 15.0ct, and all colors.

❖ Your Moissanite is Charles & Colvard Moissanite?
✧ No, we have our own manufacturing factory. All our Moissanite Diamonds are cut & polished by professional artisans of the Venust Diamonds Family. We have a team of gemologists who will inspect the diamonds before we set them in jewelry.

❖ Your Moissanite Diamonds Certified?
✧ Yes, all our Moissanite Diamonds are certified and tested by an International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry upon request. You must pay a $ 50 USD certification charge. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.

❖ Your Jewelry set in Solid Gold?
✧ Yes, all our Jewelry is made in Solid 10KT, 14KT, or 18KT Gold. The color of the gold can be chosen from White, Yellow, or Rose.

❖ Does your Jewelry come with a Metal Authenticity Stamp?
✧ Yes, all jewelry comes with metal authenticity stamps. Once your jewelry is ready to ship from our manufacturing unit, we will send it to the International hallmarking laboratory, which will check the metal authenticity & stamp it.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

❖ How long will my Order Take?
✧ Each piece of our ethical fine jewelry is handmade especially for you, with love and care. Your beautiful piece of jewelry will be made in max. 2 to 3 weeks, plus shipping time. Custom, customized, and engraved pieces will require additional time.

❖ Is rush order service available?
✧ Yes, we offer rush order service so that you will get your jewelry before the best moment of your life. You must pay $100 USD for rush order charges. Please contact our executives to get the exact manufacturing timing at questions@venustdiamonds.com.

❖ Do you ship internationally?
✧ Yes, we ship our jewelry all over the world.

❖ How do I track my order?
✧ Once we dispatch your jewelry from our manufacturing unit, we will update you with the tracking information so you can track your package. If you are facing any error in tracking your jewelry, please contact us at questions@venustdiamonds.com.

❖ Can I change my shipping address before the item ships?
✧ Yes, you can change the address before the item ships from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message. Once the item is shipped out, you can't change it. We will not be responsible for any loss of the parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.

❖ Can I cancel my order before it ships?
✧ Well, yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. After that, we will start the manufacturing process. If you would like to cancel your order after 48 hours, then we will cancel it, but at this time, 10% of your order amount will be accrued as manufacturing costs & restocking fees.

✧ We highly recommend contacting our executive for the reason for the cancellation of your order. Maybe something is on your mind, and that's why you want to cancel the order, but you can talk with us. We assure you that all your queries will be solved within 24 hours of your message to our executives.

RETURN, RESIZE & REPAIR

❖ What is your Return & Refund Policy?
✧ We will accept returns and exchanges on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 15 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. If you want to exchange your piece, we'll apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. Read our Return & Refund Policy HERE.

❖ Can I return a special or custom-made order?
✧ Custom-designed merchandise, class rings, and specially customized items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

❖ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Venust Diamonds piece (not an eternity-band version of one of our designs), we will resize it for free.

If you chose the “Eternity Band” style for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (compared to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.

✧ Don’t worry. We’ll take care of you! We’re happy to repair any piece you purchased from our collection, and we stand by our work.

We’re proud to provide our limited lifetime warranty for all of our pieces. So rest easy. Whenever your piece needs servicing, know that we’ll handle it with genuine care for as long as you own it.

✧ Yes, we ship our precious jewelry all around the world with Free Express Shipping Service. Our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx...) will deliver your package to your doorstep with care.

❖ How do I measure my correct ring size?
✧ It's very important to know your exact ring size before you purchase your diamond jewelry. You can check our Size Guide, where we have mentioned how to measure the ring size.

❖ Do you offer engraving?
✧ Yes, we offer free engraving service on all our precious fine jewelry.

❖ Is it possible for me to pay using two different Credit Cards?
✧ Yes, you can pay using multiple credit cards. Contact our executives, and they will guide you on how to pay using multiple credit cards.  

❖ Can I Buy a Setting Without Buying a Diamond?
✧ We do not sell only the setting. Our settings are made-to-order, with each one handcrafted for a center diamond with unique characteristics to ensure the quality of the finished piece. For this reason, we do not provide stand-alone settings or semi-mounts. Please let us know if we can assist you with selecting a center diamond.

❖ Do You Offer Payment Plans?
✧ Yes, we offer payment plans. You can make your payment in 3 different parts of your total amount.

First: 35% Payment, so we will start the CAD design process and confirm with you before starting the manufacturing process. If you need any changes, we will do so as per your request.

Second: Another 35% Payment. Now, we will start the cutting & polishing process of your diamond and send the video of your forever one diamond.

Third: The rest of the 30% Payment you have to pay before we ship your jewelry. Once your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the images & video to confirm with you and ship with express courier service.

❖ Do you make men's jewelry?
✧ Yes, we do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis. Please send us an image, and we will recreate it for you.
